We got started offering our videos online during February of 2005. Having just taught a visiting friend how to crochet and seeing how much she loved it, it occurred to me that I could share this hobby with so many others by making use of the Internet. Having a husband with a background in computers who was always the kind of guy that could hook up a VCR or a stereo without reading the directions, we decided to try creating our own videos and offering them on the Internet.

We are a family-owned and family-operated business located in a small town called New Ipswich in the state of New Hampshire, USA. We do it all here and we don't "outsource" anything. We create our own videos, prepare the DVD's and CD's and ship them to our customers.

When you contact us, you are dealing to the owners of the company and not some "Customer Service Representative" in an office cube half-way around the world. Don't expect to wait days to receive an answer to an e-mail sent to us. We respond on the same day in the vast majority of cases and don't be surprised if you even hear from us within an hour or so, and sometimes even less than that!

We remember well how things used to be before customer service became a thing of the past. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, and that's not something we just say, like so many big companies tend to do these days. We're very tired of customer service promises that are just words and nothing more, and maybe you are, too.

That's why we do things the way we do. We stand behind our products, our promises, and our guarantee. What more needs to be said? As someone who considers herself a true crochet "addict," it's always very exciting for me to hear from someone whose new addiction is nearly as serious as my own!
