If you are having a problem placing your order using your credit card or debit card, these tips may help: 1. Make sure the address you are using when you place your order is the address that is on your credit card billing statement. If you want the order shipped to a different address, you can use the "Change Address" button on the "Delivery Information" page during the check-out process to tell us where you want the order shipped. This will not change your billing address that you originally entered, which is the address that should match the address on your credit card billing statement. 2. When you are entering your address information, please do not abbreviate any city or town names. For example, if you live in Salt Lake City, Utah, do not use "SLC" for the city, use the full city name: Salt Lake City 3. Include all your address information. For example, if your credit card billing statement shows an address of "244 Elm Street" do not type in 244 Elm" and leave off the word "Street". Use the address exactly as it is on your billing statement: 244 Elm Street. Tips For Using PayPal To Make Your Payment: 1. You do NOT need a PayPal account to make your payment via PayPal. If you have a MasterCard, Visa, American, Express Discover Card or checking account, you should be able to make your payment. On the first PayPal page, you will see a button that reads "Don't Have A PayPal Account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)." You can then click the "Continue" link to make your payment without creating a PayPal account. 2. Be sure to complete the "Security Measure" section near the bottom of the PayPal order screen. It involves typing in some numbers or letters shown so that PayPal can verify that a person is placing the order and not an automated computer program. 3. PayPal may require you to enter a phone number to complete your order. We have placed many orders using PayPal ourselves for various products and PayPal has never contacted us by telephone or given our telephone number to any telemarketers or other companies. |
