If you had trouble downloading a file and were not able to get it successfully downloaded to your computer, please use our contact page HERE to let us know and we will make sure you get the help you need. If you have downloaded the file and are not able to locate it on your computer, it is probably located in a folder somewhere on your computer hard drive. If you are not able to locate it, you may download the video again, but be sure to pay close attention to the location on your computer that you select to store the download in. The file that is downloaded to your computer (the file will start with the letters LCN and end with .wmv, for example: LCN-V1.wmv, LCN-V3.wmv, etc.) will be in Windows Media Format.
If you have successfully downloaded the video file (the file will start with the letters LCN and end with .wmv) and you are not able to play it on your computer by double-clicking it or selecting the "Open" option when you right-click on it, you probably need to download and install the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player. This is a free download available from Microsoft. Please be sure to select the version that is intended to be used on your particular operating system (Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows 98, etc.). You can click HERE (a new browser window will open) to download the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player.
